begun with quality. His employees, because of his high standard of
workmanship demand the most from themselves on a daily basis.
Thomas Modaferri sets an example every day for his employees
by proving and demonstrating that quality work can and should be achieved.
He spends most of his days cleaning carpets and upholstery alongside his
employees. He has been cleaning carpets for more than 15 years and has a
work ethic that compliments his experience.
Edward Wenzel is the perfect combination of white-collar
business sense and blue-collar work mentality. Ed has over 15 years of
cleaning experience. He also has the unique ability to organize and
coordinate all the business essentials necessary to operate a successful
business. Having the ability to balance the books and still get his hands
dirty is an unusual but rewarding combination.

Our company's growth has been the result of understanding success does not
happen over night, however rewards are daily as long as customers
expectations are met. In our 15 years of business, we have outgrown 2
buildings, improved our equipment used to clean with and adapted to the
changing times and demands of our communities.
Our customers have learned what to expect when we send two technicians to
their home at a time they expected us to arrive. Our technicians are
knowledgeable, prepared and in company uniform. Our cleanings are done
with either hydra-master truck mount steam units or a host dry cleaning.
Evaluations and decisions on the cleaning process to be used are based on
the type, quality and condition of carpet. Each job done is given a
guarantee of satisfaction and a warranty for spots and stains.
Flag Carpet is proud to mention that its employee base has been together
more than 8 years. This includes 4 part time telemarketers and 5 senior
technicians. Each technician works every day with a helper. No employee
has been with the company for less than 2 years, and some employees have
been there since the conception of the company.
